fb99 Terms & Conditions — Your Complete Account Agreement

1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "fb99", "we", "us", "our" — the operator of the fb99 platform accessible at fb99bet.bet and all associated subdomains.
• "Platform" — the website, mobile browser interface, and all services made available by fb99, including sports betting, live casino, slot games, and account management features.
• "Account" — a registered user account created on the fb99 Platform, identified by a unique username and password combination.

2. Acceptance of Terms

3. Account Registration

3.1 To use any real-money feature of the fb99 Platform you must hold a valid, verified Account. You may hold only one Account at any time. Operating multiple Accounts — whether under the same identity or different names — is strictly prohibited.

3.2 During registration you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full legal name as it appears on your Bangladeshi National Identity Card or passport, your valid mobile number, and your date of birth. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.

3.3 fb99 reserves the right to carry out identity verification (Know Your Customer / KYC) checks at any point during the Account lifecycle, including at registration, before processing any withdrawal, or if unusual activity is detected. You must cooperate fully with these checks and provide requested documentation within the timeframe specified by fb99. Failure to do so may result in Account suspension.

3.4 fb99 may decline any registration application at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason.

4. Age Verification & Eligibility

4.1 The fb99 Platform is available exclusively to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By creating an Account you confirm that you meet this age requirement. fb99 operates a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding underage gambling.

4.2 You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where use of the fb99 Platform is not prohibited by applicable law at the time of each login and each transaction.

4.3 If at any time fb99 determines or reasonably suspects that a Player is under 21 years of age, fb99 will immediately suspend the Account, withhold any balance pending investigation, and take all steps necessary to prevent further access. Any winnings accumulated during an underage access period will be forfeited.

4.4 Employees, officers, directors, and immediate family members of fb99 and its technology and game-supply partners are not eligible to hold a Player Account or participate in real-money games on the Platform.

5. Account Security

5.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials — including your username, password, and any one-time verification codes sent to your registered mobile number. You must not share these credentials with any third party.

5.2 You must notify fb99 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account or any compromise of your login credentials.

5.3 fb99 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or telephone. Any communication purporting to be from fb99 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.

5.4 fb99 employs 256-bit TLS encryption for all data in transit, multi-factor authentication options, and automated anomaly detection to protect your Account. However, you acknowledge that no digital system is entirely immune to security incidents, and you accept responsibility for any activity conducted through your Account credentials.

6. Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 All transactions on the fb99 Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). fb99 does not currently support multi-currency accounts.

6.2 Deposits may be made exclusively through Eligible Payment Methods listed on the fb99 deposit page at the time of the transaction. Currently supported methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Minimum deposit amounts are displayed at the point of transaction and are subject to change.

6.3 Withdrawals will be processed only to an Eligible Payment Method that has been previously used to fund the Account and that is registered in the same name as the fb99 Account. fb99 reserves the right to request additional verification before approving any withdrawal.

6.4 Withdrawal requests are processed within 24–72 hours under normal operating conditions, subject to completion of KYC verification and absence of any account flags. fb99 is not liable for delays attributable to third-party payment providers.

6.5 fb99 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile financial service provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, etc.) may apply their own transaction charges, for which fb99 accepts no responsibility.

6.6 Any deposit that cannot be verified as originating from an Eligible Payment Method registered in your name will be reversed. Costs of reversal may be deducted from the Account balance.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 fb99 offers promotional bonuses from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are published on the relevant promotional page.

7.2 Bonus Funds are subject to Wagering Requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable Wagering Requirement multiplier is stated on each promotional page. Unless otherwise specified, the default Wagering Requirement is 20x the bonus amount.

7.3 Bonus Funds may only be used on games and bet types specified in the relevant promotion. Certain live dealer tables and high-RTP games may be excluded from bonus wagering. Refer to individual promotion pages for game restrictions.

7.4 fb99 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice if there is evidence of abuse, exploitation, or systematic bonus farming. Any winnings generated through abusive bonus use may be voided.

7.5 Players may not hold more than one active bonus simultaneously unless explicitly permitted in the relevant promotion terms.

8. Betting & Gaming Rules

8.1 All sports bets are placed at the odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation. fb99 reserves the right to correct obvious pricing errors and to void bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds.

8.2 Minimum and maximum stake limits for sports betting and casino games are displayed within each market and game interface. These limits may be adjusted by fb99 at any time without prior notice.

8.3 In the event that a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or voided, fb99 will apply the settlement rules published in the sportsbook rules section applicable to that sport. In the absence of a specific rule, stakes will be refunded.

8.4 Casino and slot game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) provided by licensed game studios including but not limited to Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, and Ezugi. fb99 does not interfere with game outcomes.

8.5 In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round — including server disconnection, power failure, or software error — the round outcome may be declared void and the stake returned. fb99 is not liable for any winnings that would have been generated had the malfunction not occurred.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the fb99 Platform. Violation of any item on this list may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, whether using the same or different personal details.
• Providing false, misleading, or third-party identity information during registration or KYC.
• Using the Platform while under 21 years of age.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other mechanical or electronic means to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or pricing anomalies knowingly. Any winnings arising from exploitation will be voided.
• Engaging in or facilitating money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity through the Platform.
• Using VPNs, proxy services, or geo-spoofing tools to circumvent jurisdiction restrictions.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing fb99 staff or other Players via any communication channel.
• Charging back a payment already credited to your Account. Any chargeback initiated without prior resolution through fb99 support will result in immediate Account termination and debt recovery proceedings.

10. Intellectual Property

10.1 All content on the fb99 Platform — including the fb99 brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, software, game interfaces, and data compilations — is the intellectual property of fb99 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and database rights.

10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, redistribute, scrape, mirror, or commercially exploit any Platform content.

11. Privacy & Data

11.1 fb99 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. You are encouraged to read the Privacy Policy in full before creating an Account.

11.2 By registering an Account, you consent to fb99 processing your personal data for the purposes of account administration, identity verification, transaction processing, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and, where you have opted in, direct marketing communications.

11.3 fb99 will not sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties. Data may be shared with KYC verification providers, payment processors, and regulatory bodies as required by applicable law.

12. Responsible Gaming

12.1 fb99 is committed to responsible gaming. Every Player Account includes access to deposit limits, session time reminders, reality checks, and self-exclusion tools, all accessible from the Account dashboard.

12.2 Players who believe their gambling may have become problematic are strongly encouraged to use the self-exclusion tool, which removes access to the Platform for a minimum period of 30 days. 13. Suspension & Closure

13.2 Upon closure for cause, any real-money balance remaining after deduction of voided bonuses and any amounts subject to investigation may be returned to the Player's last verified Eligible Payment Method, at fb99's discretion.

13.3 Players who wish to voluntarily close their Account should contact fb99 support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any active bonus funds at the time of voluntary closure will be forfeited.

14. Limitation of Liability

14.1 The fb99 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, fb99 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or fitness for a particular purpose of the Platform.

14.2 fb99's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the date of the claim.

14.3 fb99 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses, including loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or loss of data, however arising, even if fb99 has been advised of the possibility of such losses.

14.4 Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other matter that cannot be excluded by law.

15. Amendments

15.1 fb99 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via a notice displayed on the Platform upon next login, and the "Last updated" date at the top of this document will be revised accordingly.
